The Digital Asset Management System (DAM) AssetFlow is the heart of the Marcomware platform. With unlimited nr. of meta data fields and an intuitive search + filter functionality you always can find exact that content you need! One of the unique features of AssetFlow is the option to request output of images in exact the size you need it. The automated Crop engine in the background ensures the size you are requesting is cropped in exact the way your art-director would have it. Images can be converted to other file types, color profiles and/or derivatives. In this way, automatically versions matching for instance the specs of a marketplace can be created. The automated export functionality gives the option to directly convert and export images to either FTP accounts or external storage locations.
AdFlow
AdFlow, the template driven artwork generator is based on Adobe InDesign templates, enhanced with business logic. In this way, a user easily can create artwork adaptions. The corporate / brand identity of your brand automatically is applied and an optimal result for reproduction is guaranteed. AdFlow can be combined with a workflow, allowing generated artwork for print to be exported to a preferred supplier automatically. All files are optimized for the requested use and there is no further involvement from DTP operators needed.
Marketing Production
Both the central marketing organization as well as local marketing departments or even local stores can benefit from the Marketing Production System. A workflow driven process to order marketing materials to a production department or even an external marketing production agency. BannerBuilder
BannerBuilder is an automated banner generation module, based on pre-defined lay-outs and series of images placed in these lay-outs. User can request a specific size and the system will show all options available for that size. Users can make a selection and add these to their shopping cart. The banners are automatically generated in the background and delivered as download to the user. By using the Crop engine technology, the look & feel (crops) are exactly as intended. BannerBuilder supports bot creation of web banners and banners for print.
