With AssetFlow 4, Linx once again advances in supporting production processes with its cloud SaaS solution Retailware, and more specifically, AssetFlow 4, the DAM module.

One of the features is “Collections“.

Through collections, a selection of assets included in the DAM system can be grouped. End-users can then easily order an entire collection or specific assets from that collection. This makes it easier for users to find the assets they need. To deploy directly on social media or their own online platform, or as a basis for locally produced content.

The easier it is to access the right images/materials, the faster they will be deployed.

In addition to the fixed – static – collections, we also have dynamic collections. Here, a collection is compiled by filtering in the DAM system. All filters are then saved as a collection. The end-user sees exactly what you want to share as a collection based on pre-set filters!
An additional advantage is that dynamic collections adapt to reality. For example, if not all images are available at a season launch, but are later on, nothing needs to be changed in the collection. Users always see the latest results.

With AssetFlow 4, Linx IT Solutions takes another step forward to make the DAM system more than just a storage place for images and other materials. AssetFlow 4 is the production DAM!
